When you place an order:

• Access credentials, activation details, or service deployment information are issued once payment is confirmed.
• Additional services—such as installation, configuration, or on‑site support—are separate unless specifically included.

 Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered: complete with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. In such situations, we will assume the cost of return shipping.

By using our Services, both you and Skynet agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state or territorial courts within that location.
